We are actively building partnerships in support of our mission both in Australia and overseas.
Our technology can create valuable products from CO2 and flue gas streams or captured emissions by reacting them with mineral feedstocks. We are building partnerships in sectors such as: cement, steel, manufacturing, power generation, and resources as we advance our technology to industrial scale.
We are working with customers to assess the feasibility to reduce their CO2 emissions using our technology.
We are building on existing partnerships with industry and technology partners such as our founding shareholder Orica Ltd and Itochu Corp. in Japan to accelerate our global commercialization roadmap.
We are also working with materials companies and manufacturers and providing them with our output carbon embodied materials and helping them decarbonize their products and supply chains.

MCi is built on a foundation of industry led R&D. Its core team of chemical engineers come from Orica Ltd, our primary industry and technical partner who is one of the leading global chemical engineering companies.
MCi has a pedigree of successfully delivering 26 quarters of continuous milestone led R&D through 14 individual research projects to its Australian Government and Orica funders through its R&D Pilot Plant development phase from 2013-2019. We collaborated with four universities and funded seven PhDs.
Now supporting its commercialisation phase, MCi is engaged with a variety of research and industry groups building on its IP portfolio and continuously improving its carbon platform.
MCi is a participant in the SmartcreteCRC and the Future Battery Industries CRC where it co-funds research projects.
MCi has a foundation research partnership with the University of Newcastle, Australia which provides important research services and supporting services for our pilot plant facility.
